OpenMSR  contains the following tools:

• OpenSPS, a soft PLC with an easy learning language
• Object Recognition, use your USB cam to track the position of objects by colour
• DeviceServer to share the hardware with other software tools
• Web 2.0 API for easy building of control panels
• datalogger to visualize digital data
• oszi to visualize analog data

Some other tools like timecontrol, a mathematics package and a logger to store measured data in SQL databases are in development. All tools are runnable under Linux X86, the port to Linux ARM is currently ongoing in test. Ports to windows and Mac OS-X are planned.
